Because a residual product stays active in soil, where it is applied matters. The listing limits use to hardscapes and areas where no plant growth is wanted for at least a year. Do not apply where it can wash into lawns or beds, over the root zones of trees and shrubs, or near water. The U.S. EPA’s guidance on pesticide labels is blunt: using a product in a way inconsistent with its label is a violation of federal law.

Hi-Yield Killzall is a 41 percent glyphosate concentrate that the listing says covers up to 25,600 square feet per gallon, eight times the 3,200 square feet stated for the Ortho Year Long concentrate. Selective or non-selective
